Eligibility Details
Paper Name Eligibility
Paper 1 (Secondary)
  • Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with 50% marks and passed the B.Ed. exam.
  • OR
  • Master’s degree in the related subject and passed the B.Ed. exam.
  • OR
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and B.Ed.
  • OR
  • Passed the 4-year course BA B.Ed. / BSc B.Ed. exam.
  • For Subject Wise Eligibility Details Read the Notification.
Paper 2 (Senior Secondary)
  • Master’s degree in the related subject with 50% marks and passed the B.Ed. exam or BA B.Ed. / B.Sc B.Ed.
  • OR
  • Master’s degree with at least 45% marks (as per NCTE norms) and B.Ed.
  • OR
  • Master’s degree with 55% marks and completed a 3-year B.Ed. or MEd course.
